Nancy said the repair cost her $89 and all she needed were new cables. It seemed like all they did was wrap the cable around and she wanted it to be replaced. She was not offered a ride to pick up her vehicle and the vehicle is still at the facility because she needs to find someone to give her a ride. They were professional and fast.
We would be happy to replace the whole cable if that is what you would prefer. Our Tech did not think this was needed at the time of inspection. Our goal is to repair vehicles as needed correctly saving our customers money but we are more than happy to do as they request.
